Early Connections supports the success of young children and their families through leadership, advocacy, and quality programs in early care and education.

For more than 130 years, Early Connections has been part of the Erie community, helping children learn, grow, and build strong foundations for the future. Today, we operate five high-quality early care and education centers across Erie County, serving children from infancy through school age.

Through our Family Care Model, we look at the full picture of what helps children and families thrive. This includes early learning, family support, access to resources, community partnerships, and opportunities that strengthen long-term stability.

Our work also extends beyond the classroom through initiatives such as Erie’s Future Fund, workforce development pathways, and partnerships that help strengthen the early childhood education field in our region.
