Hamot Health Foundation's Remote Area Medical™ Clinic provides free medical, dental, and vision care to our neighbors in need - no insurance needed, no cost incurred, no catch.


There's no clinic like it.

Last year, more than 300 people found healing and hope during the two-day clinic. Over 100 people walked away with a new pair of prescription glasses, more than 125 teeth were extracted - bringing relief to many who were suffering. In total, nearly $200,000 of medical, dental, and vision care was provided for free. On September 13 & 14, 2025, HHF will bring the RAM Clinic back to the ECAT campus at 650 East Avenue in Erie.

What makes the RAM Clinic so special?

It goes way beyond traditional screening exams offered at other clinics, bringing full-scope care that includes prescription glasses crafted on-site in a mobile vision laboratory, dental fillings and extractions to address dental concerns, and providing an unparalleled health delivery mode fine-tuned to mitigate barriers.

Typical roadblocks like access, transportation, cost, insurance coverage, and appointment flexibility disappear when RAM rolls into town.
