Too many athletes fall through the cracks not due to lack of talent, but because of lacking access or guidance and opportunity. Youth athletes lack mentorship and exposure. Skilled athletes miss opportunities due to financial or structural barriers while adult athletes are often overlooked despite continued driving potential.
OCA creates pathways for athletes to progress, compete and grow through training and development, support, mentorship, guidance and grants access to opportunities, resources and exposure. Youth athletes seeking direction and confidence, competitive athletes working toward the next level and adult athletes still chasing their dreams. Talent is everywhere but opportunity is not. OCA closes that gap by aiding willing athletes to do the work.
Own Code Athletics is not about sport, it’s about people. It’s you helping us, us helping them, and them coming full circle and giving back.
In this plan, winning breeds winning. And the awesome thing about success, is that there’s plenty of it to go around if we all share the goal. One person’s success doesn’t suddenly mean there’s less success in the world to be had. It just means your turn is now coming up sooner.
