The Ship of Erie is a nonprofit organization, we are committed to empowering families in Erie community by offering essential support services, educational programs, and community resources to promote well-being and self-sufficiency.
The Ship of Erie is a newly established 501(c)3 with great purpose. In 2025, The Ship of Erie in collaboration with Friendship MBC of Erie launched its first initiative helping to meet food insecurity needs. The Ship of Erie Food Pantry served 64 families or 233 persons during Thanksgiving Holiday. As we seek to grow our impact in the Erie community our assignment is to be intentional in our service.
