For more than 40 years, the Women's Care Center has provided free and confidential care to individuals and families throughout the Erie community. Our mission is to offer compassionate support, practical resources, and quality medical services in a welcoming, accepting, and nonjudgmental environment.

Free Medical Services

We provide a variety of no-cost medical services, including:

• Pregnancy Testing
• Ultrasounds
• STI Testing & Treatment

Mobile Medical Clinic

To reach even more individuals in need, we have expanded our services through our Mobile Medical Clinic. This allows us to bring the same free medical services offered at our center directly into neighborhoods and communities throughout Erie County.

Education & Parenting Support 

We believe every parent deserves the knowledge and support needed to thrive. Our free educational programs include:

• Childbirth Classes
• Newborn Care Classes
• Lactation Education & Support

Through our Stepping Stones Learn-to-Earn Program, women and men can receive ongoing education, encouragement, and material assistance as they prepare for pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood.

Adoption Services

Our Pennsylvania-licensed adoption agency, Adoption By Choice, provides caring support and guidance for both birth parents and adoptive families throughout the adoption journey.

Post-Abortive Support

We offer compassionate, confidential support to those who have been impacted by a past abortion. Through individual post-abortive counseling and support groups, we provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can process their experiences, address emotional pain, and begin a personal journey toward healing.
