Daystar Awareness Project

Growth Happens In The Quiet Moments And That IS Extraordinary

Daystar Awareness Project was born from years of prison ministry, personal transformation, and a simple belief: every human being possesses inherent worth and the capacity for change.

Founded in Erie, Pennsylvania, Daystar grew from direct experience walking alongside individuals both inside and outside prison walls. Through reflection, mindfulness, honest conversation, and compassionate presence, we discovered that meaningful transformation often begins when people are given the opportunity to pause, examine their lives, and reconnect with their deeper values.

Our work is not centered on judgment, labels, or a person's past. Instead, we focus on self-awareness, responsibility, healing, and growth.

For over a decade, Daystar has supported individuals seeking to build healthier lives, strengthen relationships, develop emotional resilience, and discover renewed purpose.

We believe that lasting change is possible when people are treated with dignity, given practical tools, and reminded that they are more than the worst moment of their lives.
