Lake City United Methodist Church

In January of 2020, our Church was flooded after a boiler malfunction. A total restoration was delayed due to COVID-related issues. We are renovated and fully functioning now. Even though we have had our setbacks including another boiler failure that led us to putting in a whole new boiler, we have always remained true to our community by giving back in many ways. All of the donations we receive this year will go towards our Community Outreach Programs including Pauline's closet which provides free clothes to those in need, Winnie's Lunch Box which provides a community lunch to anyone that wants to come on the third Thursday of each month and we supply Elk Valley Elementary School with needed extra clothing for the children. We also work in hand with the Lake City Borough and give welcome baskets to new residents. These things are all so very important to us. Thank you so much for your support!
