Lake Erie Food Rescue - Erie Gives

Lake Erie Food Rescue works to reduce hunger and food waste throughout Erie County by recovering nutritious, usable food that might otherwise be sent to landfills and redistributing it to neighbors in need. Through partnerships with local businesses, organizations and volunteers, Lake Erie Food Rescue connects surplus food with the people and communities who can benefit from it—helping build a more sustainable, equitable and food-secure Erie County.
