Union City Alumni Association

We are very excited to be celebrating our 65th annual Homecoming Weekend on September 18th and 19th this year.  What began as a senior class project back in 1960 & 61 has become so much more over the years.  It now brings alumni from all over the world back to Union City to celebrate with their classmates.  

The Homecoming football game will kick off at 7 p.m. Friday night, but before it does the Wall of Achievement inductee's will be introduced, the Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned during halftime.  

We have some special things planned to enhance the parade and banquet this year.  On Saturday morning at 11 a.m. the Homecoming parade will step off, rain or shine, on Main St.  The theme for the parade this year is America the Beautiful, in recognition of America's 250th birthday.  

At 4 p.m. the doors of the Elementary school will open and folks are encouraged to come meet up with their classmates and friends to socialize and spend time reminiscing.  A delicious catered dinner will be served at 6 p.m., followed by a short program with a guest speaker.  Reservations are required for the banquet, if you did not receive a registration form in late June or early July via email or regular mail, please contact us at unioncitypa.alumni1@gmail.com and we will get one right out to you.  

We appreciate your donations and your help in keeping Homecoming an event to look forward to each year.  Your donations will be used to enhance Homecoming weekend, parade costs, parade prizes, and costs associated with the banquet.
