Wesleyville Hose Company is the 100% volunteer fire department serving the Borough of Wesleyville, located just east of Erie, Pennsylvania. The organization was established in 1921, less than a decade after Wesleyville became an incorporated borough in 1912, to provide fire protection and emergency response for the growing community.
For more than a century, the department has been staffed primarily by dedicated volunteers who have responded to fires, vehicle accidents, medical emergencies, and other public safety incidents. The company is headquartered at Station 30, located at 3421 Buffalo Road in Wesleyville.
Over the years, the Wesleyville Hose Company has modernized its equipment and services to meet changing community needs. In addition to fire suppression apparatus, the department has operated emergency medical service units and continues to play an important role in emergency preparedness and public safety education throughout the borough.
Today, the Wesleyville Hose Company remains a cornerstone of the community, carrying forward a tradition of volunteer service that has protected Wesleyville residents for more than 105 years.
