Breviller Village Housing and Health Care

Brevillier Village is a non-profit specializing in housing and healthcare for older adults. 

Our historical roots run deep within the communities of Harborcreek & Erie. We are located on East Lake Road, approximately 20 acres of lakefront property. 

Your contribution will help fulfill fundraising for our New Nurse Call System. We are currently in the process of replacing both systems at Ball Pavilion and Barnabas Court. The upgrades with current trends in technology will match the efficiency of our compassionate and caring staff. 

It is said, "You can tell a lot about a community by the way they care for their youth and elders." We take pride in knowing that the Brevillier Mission embraces both through our intergenerational programming, recreation staff, learning site experiences, and in so many more ways. 

Our picturesque grounds and on location chapels are aesthetically and spiritually healing. Residents and staff are able to thrive at Brevillier Village because of the home and family environment we have created. We welcome you to stop by and visit anytime you are in the area. 

Services include: 

• Conrad House - Fully secure, independent living in an eight-story high-rise. Gorgeous lake and sunset views! 


• Barnabas Court - Fully secure Independent, semi-personal care, and full personal care living. Barnabas Court is a great place to begin for transitional care with a secure memory support wing. 


• Ball Pavilion - Fully secure short & long-term skilled nursing care. Private and semi-private rooms, designated hospice rooms and space for family members. 


• Rehabilitation Suite - In-house and outpatient rehabilitation with on site occupational, speech, physical, and respiratory therapists. We provide a great alternative to larger rehabilitation facilities.
