Community Nursing Services of North East

Every day, families in our community face moments that are overwhelming - recovering from illness, caring for a loved one, or navigating the final stages of life.  For over 100 years, Community Nursing Services of North East (CNSNE) has been there for them.

Since 1920, CNSNE has provided compassionate, high-quality Home Health and Hospice care to the people of North East and beyond.  Today, we serve eastern Erie County and parts of Warren and Crawford counties - and as of 2025, we've expanded to reach even more neighbors in the 16509 area.  While we remain proudly independent, we work hand-in-hand with local physicians, hospitals, and care teams across the region to ensure every patient receives the support they need.  

What truly sets CNSNE apart is this: we care for our neighbors as if they are our own family.

Our team provides skilled nursing, therapy services, personal care, emotional and spiritual support - no only for adults but even for children when needed.  Through Hospice, we walk alongside patients and families during life's most difficult moments, offering comfort, dignity, and guidance.  Our commitment doesn't end there, we continue supporting families with bereavement counseling and offer free community programs like our Alzheimer's Support Group and Annual Butterfly Release.
