Community Shelter Services

Programs and Services
We are the largest provider of homeless shelter in Erie County. Our goal is to provide solutions to the circumstances leading to homelessness and to gain permanent housing for individuals and families. Our programs include the operation of a 62 bed Emergency Shelter, a 90 room Single Room Occupancy (SRO) program, a HUD funded family support Lighting the Candle program, and our new Homeward Bound program that turns donated houses into homes for low-income families.
