Erie Humane Society
The Erie Humane Society is an independent, registered 501-c3 nonprofit, local animal shelter, operating under no-kill standards. We help orphaned, injured, and abused pets by focusing our efforts on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming; keeping them safe, providing shelter, care and nutrition, and helping them lead happy, healthy lives.
Programs and Services
Aside from adoption services the Erie Humane Society focuses our efforts on raising awareness on the importance of creating a better world through kindness towards animals.
The Erie Humane Society strives to offer education about the importance of adoptions, spaying/neutering, and ending animal neglect and abuse. We offer a variety of enriching, curriculum-based programs and clinical services.
