The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Erie County is focused on fostering personal growth and family stability by supporting and educating family members and individuals facing the challenges of mental illness in Erie County.
Programs and Services
NAMI of Erie County offers a variety of evidence-based programs, support groups, and community education programs for students, families, and individuals facing mental health challenges. These programs are offered at no cost to participants. NAMI’s programs are peer-led, so participants learn from trained facilitators who have experienced many similar situations in their own lives. In addition, NAMI offers community education programs, such as Mental Health First Aid.
