North East Sports Boosters Inc.

 NORTH EAST SPORTS BOOSTERS has been formed and shall be maintained as a non-profit corporation pursuant to 26 U.S. Code §501(c). The purposes for which the corporation has been organized are as follows: 

(A) to foster, reward, cultivate, advance, support and promote the PIAA athletes and  PIAA athletic programs of North East School District ; 

(B) at the discretion of the corporation, to financially support the PIAA athletic  programs of North East School District for needs not otherwise provided for by the  school district’s athletic budget, with priority given to those athletic programs  who participate actively in the programs, functions and fundraising efforts of the  corporation, whose coaches (or other delegated representatives) regularly attend  the meetings of the corporation and to those programs that provide matching  funds or other in kind contributions;  

(C) to grant scholarships at the discretion of the corporation to graduating seniors of   North East High School that have participated in PIAA athletic programs as a   student of North East
