Shriners Hospitals for Children has a mission to:
* Provide the highest quality care to children with neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and other special healthcare needs within a compassionate, family-centered and collaborative care environment.

Programs and Services
Since 1927, Shriners Hospitals for Children — Erie (SHC-Erie) has been changing the world through caring for children. Our medical center, located in Northwestern Pennsylvania, provides comprehensive medical, surgical and rehabilitative care to children for the full continuum of pediatric orthopaedic conditions. Most commonly treated conditions are clubfoot, hip disorders, limb deformities and deficiencies, limb length discrepancies, upper extremity conditions, myelodysplasia (spina bifida), spine deformities and skeletal growth abnormalities.The Erie Medical Center provides excellence in musculoskeletal care to thousands of children each year through the Outpatient Clinic, Outpatient Rehabilitation Services and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
