The Sisters of St. Joseph first came to Northwestern Pennsylvania and the Erie Diocese more than 165 years ago to respond to the needs of the time. Since our founding in 2015, the SSJ Mission & Ministries Foundation has looked to you, our dedicated and first-time donors, to continue their good work by responding to the needs of our time.
Whether education, healthcare, spiritual guidance, justice, peace, care of creation, welcoming of new Americans, and never-ending prayer for the needs of all, we have been moved by the Sisters. Their faith, courage, resourcefulness, and resolve are an inspiration to us all.
