The MHA provides a consumer-driven environment which supports and promotes recovery for all people with mental health needs including veterans, residents of Warren State Hospital and persons who are criminal justice involved.
Programs and Services
The Warming Center at MHA offers a safe, comfortable and respectful place for anyone without shelter from 11PM to 7:30AM any night temperatures are forecast to be 25 degrees or below or sustained wind chills are forecast for 20 degrees or below. The Center offers guests shelter, hot beverage, donuts, a light meal and support, hope and encouragement. Guests are accepted regardless of state or condition and every effort is made to keep them from harm from the elements.
