The Endowment Fund supports our mission of providing safe, quality, affordable housing through longer term investments at the Erie Community Foundation.
Pictured above is the ribbon cutting ceremony of HANDS' newest development, Emma Howell Apartments, located at 1319 Parade Street, Erie, PA. These 4-unit apartments provide safe and affordable housing for people experiencing homelessness and special needs.
