The Parent Lab

For many families, becoming a parent can feel overwhelming. There are appointments to keep, decisions to make, and endless questions about pregnancy, birth, and caring for a new baby. Too often, families don't know where to turn for trusted information or local support.

Parent Lab was created to change that.

Through free, interactive sessions, families learn about prenatal health, labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care from knowledgeable professionals in a welcoming environment. Each week, community partners join us to share valuable information about their programs, connect families with local resources, and introduce opportunities that continue long after the class ends.

Parent Lab is more than education. It's a place where families build confidence, discover the support available in their community, and leave knowing they don't have to navigate parenthood alone.
