The Neighborhood Improvement Fund is used to identify curb appeal projects at our existing properties, have a fund to purchase new properties in neighborhoods where we are located in order to remove blight or abandonment, or otherwise make neighborhood improvements that enhance the marketability and livability of HANDS housing communities.
