For more than 15 years, Erie Together has been bringing people together to solve problems no single organization can solve alone.

We believe that lasting change happens when schools, employers, government agencies, nonprofits, and community members work toward shared goals. That's why we serve as a trusted convener and backbone organization, helping partners align resources, coordinate efforts, and turn ideas into action.

Our vision is simple but ambitious: a community of opportunity where everyone can learn, work, and thrive.

Everything we do is grounded in three goals:

• More children become successful adults.
• More individuals secure and maintain family-sustaining jobs.
• More families become self-sufficient.

Through the Erie County Career Pathways Alliance, we bring together employers, schools, postsecondary institutions, workforce partners, and community organizations to help prepare young people for success after high school. Together, we expand access to career exploration, workplace experiences, skills development, and other opportunities that help students discover their future right here in our region.

Through our Youth Civic Engagement efforts, students gain a deeper understanding of government, public service, and the responsibilities of citizenship, helping prepare the next generation of community leaders.

Through initiatives such as the Erie County Human Services Cohorts initiative, we are helping address workforce shortages in critical fields while supporting the professional growth of those who dedicate their careers to serving others.

We also work with partners to improve early learning outcomes, strengthen workforce pipelines, remove barriers to employment, and advance other priorities that matter to the future of our region.

The impact of Erie Together extends far beyond any single program. We help build connections, create opportunities, and align efforts across sectors so that resources are used more effectively and lasting results can be achieved.
