At Future Focused Academy, we believe every young adult deserves the tools, support, and confidence to build a future they’re proud of — no matter where they start. We’re here to make “adulting” a little less overwhelming and a lot more empowering.

Based in Erie, PA, Future Focused Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit helping young adults ages 18–22 build real‑world skills that actually matter. Budgeting. Credit. Professional etiquette. Career exploration. The stuff no one teaches in school but everyone needs to thrive.

Our program blends hands‑on classes, mentoring, field trips, and one‑on‑one support to help participants unlock their potential. Students learn how to manage money, communicate confidently, explore career paths, and build a plan for their future — all in a supportive, community‑centered environment.

And now, our young adults are taking their voices even further. Enrich+Elevate, our newly launched podcast, is planned, written, and produced entirely by program participants and graduates. They choose the topics, run the interviews, edit the episodes, and share honest conversations about life, growth, and navigating adulthood in Erie. It’s youth‑led storytelling at its best — creative, real, and full of heart.

In just a short time, we’ve seen incredible outcomes: students landing full‑time jobs, opening bank accounts, building credit, gaining confidence, and discovering new possibilities for their lives. Their stories — and their voices — are shaping the future of our community.
