Founded in 2015, #IntegrityFirst, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that uses sports to inspire positive change, helping young people develop confidence, integrity, responsibility, perseverance, sportsmanship, and hope.

For more than a decade, our organization built a proven track record of transforming lives through the Jamestown Jackals professional basketball team and innovative youth programming. In 2026, we proudly expanded that mission to Erie, Pennsylvania, relocating the team as the Lake Erie Jackals to establish a permanent presence and invest in the Erie community.

Our professional athletes are more than basketball players—they are coaches, mentors, and role models who lead free youth clinics, Park Play with Pros summer camps, Basketball with a Purpose clinics, school visits, mentoring programs, and community service projects that positively impact hundreds of young people each year.

Every Erie Gives donation helps expand youth programming throughout Erie County by supporting mentor stipends, sports equipment, transportation, scholarships, and community outreach. Together, we are building stronger communities through the power of sports and creating opportunities that inspire young people to stop surviving and start thriving.
