Our mission is to provide our educational partners with resources that inspire students to think critically and flourish in a free society. 

At izzit.org, we believe that education can enhance the power of individuals to solve problems for themselves, their families, their communities, and society at large. Based in Erie for 20 years, we have been helping teachers encourage thoughtful questioning and civil discourse among their students, fostering a learning environment where diverse perspectives are valued and critical thinking is cultivated.

We offer no-cost, high-quality educational materials to educators, including teachers, homeschoolers, parents, grandparents, and group leaders. Our entertaining and educational tools include our 45–Minute Lessons, daily Current Events articles during the school year with discussion questions, classroom activities, and much more. High quality content merits a distribution system! izzit.org's Teacher Ambassador Program is a peer-to-peer network of teachers specializing in economics, civics, history, social studies, and entrepreneurship, guided by two 25-year teachers on staff, Robert Sanchez and Christy Walker. Robert and Christy guide the teacher ambassadors in delivering professional development sessions designed to share pedagogy and best practices to incorporate izzit.org materials in the classroom. Last year, an Erie educator joined the Teacher Ambassador Program which now includes educators in 22 states and counting. Here are the ambassadors from the 2025-2026 academic year who reached nearly 1,000 educators through professional development sessions, in-person and virtually, potentially impacting 60,000 students in one year.

In early July 2026, izzit.org oriented an additional cohort of teacher ambassadors, now totaling 39 educators with an average of 19 years of industry experience each. Please support our work so that we can continue to grow this burgeoning program and provide no-cost, high-quality video content for educators, built by teachers for teachers, so that students may flourish in a free society.
