Community Connections at Findley Lake

Community Connections at Findley Lake helps older adults age in place with dignity, independence, and connection in the community they call home.

We provide support needed for those in the community, as well as educational and fun events to bring friends and neighbors together. We can provide transportation to doctor appointments, grocery stores, and pharmacies and run errands such as picking up groceries or prescriptions, when needed.

Our caring staff includes two Home Health Advocates and a Companion who provide in-home support and friendship. Health Advocates can accompany clients to medical appointments for guidance and reassurance, while our Companion offers meaningful visits in the home through conversation, games, reading and companionship.

Each month, we bring people together through educational programs, social activities, yoga, bingo, game days, and Coffee Hour — helping reduce isolation and strengthen community connections. 

We also assist with Medicare navigation and access to support programs, ensuring seniors receive the help and resources they need. We have many programs in place and continue to evolve as the needs in the community evolve.
