Pulse Protectors: In Honor of Those We Love

As an employee of EmergyCare, I know firsthand the difference that advanced equipment makes in providing lifesaving care. But this campaign is personal for me in another way.

The photo above captures a moment when my own mother was being cared for by an EmergyCare crew. Like any daughter, seeing a parent experience a medical emergency is frightening. Yet, even in that difficult moment, I found comfort knowing she was in the hands of the same organization and professionals I trust every day.

Cardiac monitors are among the most important tools carried on our ambulances. They allow crews to quickly identify heart rhythms, monitor vital signs, and provide critical information to hospitals before patients even arrive. These devices help save lives, but they also offer reassurance to families like mine.

That picture reminds me that behind every call is someone's mother, father, spouse, child, or friend.
